To honor her achievement in leading the ROTC corps, a streamer was on display this week in the university campus that read: "Congratulations to the BU ROTC Unit in the Bicol Region 2008 Regional Annual Administrative Performance Evaluation (RAAPE) and to the Philippine Army advance ROTC examination (PAARE) scholars."

Among Biasca's achievements are Leadership Award; Service Award; Duty Award; Efficiency Award; Best Cadet of the year Award - 5th Regional Community Defense Group.

"Jessica is the pride of Bicol," according to the Spokesperson of Tau Gamma Phi & Tau Gamma Sigma TRISKELION ORAGONS, INC. Most Distinguished Guardian (MDG), Adam Maravillas. "Her accomplishments are higly commended, and is an inspiration to today's youth -- to excel in their chosen field of endeavor."

"Jessica has proven that gender has nothing to do when it comes to achieving what one wants to accomplish," Maravillas said.
